We may change our terms and conditions from time to time without any notice to you. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

Price and Payment Options

We accept Visa, Master, American Express and PayPal. All payment gateways will be work through PayPal and all transactions are encrypted for your safety.

For local customers, we accept payment via local bank transfer. Please ensure to send us the bank transfer slip at [email protected] . Your order will be processed once we confirmed your payment.

Refunds are issued by the same order payment method used to place the original purchase.

For overseas customers, you will be liable for any customs/import duties. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Your local post office or carries can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the customs/import duties and other fees collected upon delivery. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Placed Order

Order are only placed via our website at www.stoutbag.com

When you placed your order, NO change will be happened. Please check your order item, color, quantity and shipping address before placing your order. Once you placed an order, our acknowledgment acceptance email has been sent to you.

We reserve the rights to change and refuse the orders.

Additional Order for pre-order

We can help for the intend order. Please provide us the product photos or the product links. For all pre-orders or intend orders, 70% deposit payment is required. Once the order is placed. NO change and NO refund will be happened.

The price of pre-orders or intend orders is subject to change according to foreign exchange rate.

 

Delivery

We ship worldwide. For more details on postage, please click here.

We aim to deliver order placed from our stock on hand products in 2 business days. For pre-order or intend order, 10 to 14 business days is required. Customers have responsibility for paying the postage and will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. Charges may vary based on the contents of the order by current import regulation on their countries. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information.

Returns

We will offer free return when we ship wrong size(s) or color(s) by post. Please keep the item(s) in unused, with the original tag(s) and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

For any of combination purchases, i.e. “Buy one get one free”, “Get lowest price free” etc, you must return the free items or vouchers back to us to process a refund.
