代購貨品 Intend Orders
本地買家需付70%訂金, 海外買家需付全數, 如訂購之貨品是缺貨, 訂金會全數退還.
在一般情況下,本地顧客郵件會在7至14個工作天寄出. 郵遞方式會使用香港郵政速遞或掛號郵件. 海外顧客郵件會在14至20個工作天寄出, 郵遞方式會使用EMS Speed Post.
**如適用，您需要支付進口關稅及有關款項，根據當地法律內容規條，費用有所不同，我們建議您向當地海關查詢。
For local buyers, 70% deposit payment is required. For Overseas buyers, 100% deposit payment is required. If there is lack of stock or shortage occur, deposit payment is refundable.
We aim to deliver order placed within 7 to 14 business days by Local Couriers or self pick for local customers and 14 to 20 days for overseas customers by EMS Speed Post.
**Please allow an extra working days for deliveries over International Bank Holidays.To avoid any delay on the delivery, please ensure there is someone available to pick up parcel.
**Customers will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. Charges may vary based on the contents of the order by current import regulation on their countries. Customers are advised to: contact their local customs office for further information.
退貨服務 Returns
如收到的商品與訂購款式或尺碼不同，收貨後七天內可向我們申請退款服務。經確認後，款項將退回您的原付款帳號。所退回的商品必須是全新狀態且完整包裝，請注意保持商品本體、配件、贈品等的完整性。查詢：[email protected]
We will offer free return when we ship wrong size(s) or color(s) by post. Please keep the item(s) in unused, with the original tag(s) and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Refund will be credited to your original method of payment. For any of combination purchases, i.e. “Buy one get one free”, “Get lowest price free” etc, you must return the free items or vouchers back to us to process a refund.
